SAM Publications is committed to protecting your privacy and to do it’s upmost to ensure that all personal and transactional information is protected to the highest standards. We do not store any credit/debit card details.
Information that you supply is held securely and strict security procedures are followed to prevent unauthorised access. We will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. We confirm we will not release your Personal Information to any other company outside GB Rider for mailing or marketing purposes unless you authorise us to do so.We keep your details on file for five years from when your last order was made with us.
We may collect and process the following data about you: Details of transactions you carry out through our website and of the fulfillment of your orders; information that you provide by filling in forms on our website, including, but not limited to, information provided at the time of requesting or subscribing to any service, uploading material or becoming a registered user or if you enter any competition or promotion sponsored by us; information from surveys that we use for research purposes, if you choose to respond to them; communications you send to us, for example to report a problem with or submit a comment regarding our website ; and details of your visits to our website; including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data and the resources that you access.
Uses made of your information
We (and our representatives) may hold your personal details in order to process your order and/or maintain your account and/or for research purposes.
We may also use the details provided to send you further information on our products and services, to keep you up-to-date on new products and promotional offers you may be interested in or for research purposes. If you prefer not to be contacted by us you have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. Please email our Data protection officer to update your preferences.
You can exercise your right to prevent such processing by checking or un-checking (as directed) certain boxes on the forms we use to collect your data or by following the unsubscribe link on any marketing emails we send you.
You should be aware that if we are requested by the Police or any other regulatory or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities to provide your personal information and /or user information, we are entitled do so.

Postal rates are based on weight and charged at cost current to Royal Mail.
All post is sent by 2nd class.
Expected delivery time 3/4 working days.
All post is sent by Airmail.
Expected delivery time to Europe is between 7-10 working days.
REST OF WORLD
All post is sent by Airmail.
Expected delivery time 7-14 working days
All post is despatched within 5 working days of receipt of order. Usually the next day.
PLEASE NOTE FOR LARGER ORDERS OR ORDERS REQUIRING SIGNATURES PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECTLY.
It may be more cost effective to use a courier than the Royal Mail for orders of more than 10kg.
Please contact us if you wish to place a large order, it may be more cost effective to organise this by courier.
Maximum delivery time for all orders is 28 working days.
If you have any queries relating to postal charges or delivery times then please contact email@example.com and someone will be happy to help.
Orders received before 2pm will be despatched the same day, orders after 2pm will be despatched the next working day.
UK orders have an estimated delivery time of 3-5 days, International orders have an estimated delivery time of 7-14 days.
If your order does not arrive after 28 working days, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will be happy to assist.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order please contact Customer service (contact details below) who will assist you further.
We are happy to exchange or refund your order within 14 days of receipt.
If a subscription is cancelled, the balance remaining would be credited to your bank account.
